CONSENT MANAGEMENT
Among the rights provided for in the LGPD, the data subject has the possibility of not providing consent and to be informed of the consequences of this refusal, and there is also the possibility for the data subject to revoke consents previously provided to the controller.
Through MD2 Quality Manager and the data subject portal, data subjects may exercise their rights and opt-in or opt-out of their consents. If the organization also has the LGPD Suite extension, with the unified database of data subjects, requests can be made immediately.
