DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
With the Electronic Document Management (EDM) module, in MD2 Quality Manager it is possible to register, review, approve, publish, and view documentation in a centralized and facilitated way.
The document management module allows the creation and storage of documents in a single repository, which can be associated to a process or institutionally. The registration of a documentation in MD2 Quality Manager happens in an easy way, either through the reference process or through the document management module.
When registering a new documentation, it is possible to insert descriptive information, tags that facilitate the traceability of the documentation, validity period, and classification.
